Philadelphia International Airport has launched a new mobile ordering platform designed to streamline the dining experience and reduce wait times during one of the busiest travel periods of the year. The PHL Order Now system allows passengers to browse menus, place orders, and pay directly from their phones, enabling contactless pickup at participating concessions throughout the terminals.

The platform includes several enhancements aimed at improving user convenience, including restaurant discovery tools organized by terminal and a multi-concept cart that lets travelers order from multiple dining options in a single transaction. Twenty-four restaurants across the airport are currently participating, including well-known brands such as Bruegger’s Bagels, Bud & Marilyn’s, Chickie’s & Pete’s, Dunkin’, and Philly Pretzel Factory.

Passengers can access the service by scanning QR codes posted throughout the terminal or by navigating to the airport’s designated ordering site. The system is powered by Servy, a self-service technology provider used at major airports across the country.

PHL Food & Shops is also offering a limited-time promotion. Customers can take 25 percent off one PHL Order Now purchase through December 24 using a holiday discount code.

“We’re constantly developing new initiatives to enhance guest experience, and PHL Order Now enables passengers to order food at the pace and convenience today’s travelers expect,” said Mel Hannah, Vice President and General Manager of MarketPlace PHL. “Our reimagined platform offers frictionless and contactless ordering and pickup, with access to many of the airport’s most popular dining spots — and more to come.”

MarketPlace PHL manages the food and retail program at Philadelphia International Airport and oversees more than 170 shops, restaurants, and services, including a mix of local, regional, and national brands.
