In a collaboration at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Servy and Airport Dimensions' revenue growth and customer engagement platform, Connecta, have joined forces with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports and Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to introduce new approach that redefines the landscape of airport commercial operations.

The LAX Order Now digital marketplace, powered by Servy since 2020, has revolutionized the way travelers and airport employees access a diverse array of food, beverage, and retail outlets within the airport. With its easy ordering and express pickup features, the program has streamlined the overall experience for users.

The introduction of Connecta, the cutting-edge platform by Airport Dimensions, takes the LAX Order Now program to new heights. By seamlessly integrating airport food and beverage, retail, and services, including Servy, under one umbrella, Connecta provides a singular point of engagement that transforms the airport ecosystem. This move aims to enhance the traveler experience, gain profound insights into consumer behaviors, and drive increased spending throughout the journey.

"Through this expansion to our LAX Order Now program, Servy is continuing to push the capabilities of airport digital commerce, bringing various platforms and partners together to drive a better, more personalized guest experience, while driving commercial results for our airport authority, developer, and concessions partners,"Jeff Livney, Chief Experience Officer at Servy, said in a press release.

The URW Airports-supported next-generation LAX Order Now program covers Terminals 1, 2, 3, 6, the Tom Bradley International Terminal, and the new Bradley West Gates.

Dany Nasr, CEO of URW Airports said, "Our customers are our first priority, and offering a seamless experience is paramount to everything we do. This is a vital next step for our digital marketplace where we are pushing boundaries."

Nancy Knipp, President Americas at Airport Dimensions, underscores the dedication to enhancing the traveler experience.

"We are excited to expand the Servy offering through Connecta at LAX,” she said in a press release. “At Airport Dimensions, we are dedicated to finding new ways to meet the needs of travelers to make the airport experience more enjoyable and grow revenue for our partners."

Bea Hsu, Interim Chief Executive Officer at Los Angeles World Airports, expresses pride in being at the forefront of innovation.

"We are proud to be the first airport to introduce and utilize the technology behind the innovative Connecta platform as we expand the capabilities of our LAX Order Now program," he said.

The launch of Connecta at LAX marks a significant milestone for Airport Dimensions, ushering in a new era in airport customer engagement, where guest experience, personalization, and revenue growth take center stage.
