CLEVELAND, Ohio – Frontier Airlines has restarted nonstop flights between Cleveland and Fort Lauderdale, bringing the carrier’s total number of nonstop destinations from Northeast Ohio back to 12.
Frontier previously flew the route in late 2019 and early 2020, suspending service during the coronavirus pandemic.
To celebrate its return, the airline is selling one-way tickets on the route starting at $69. But act quick – the sale ends Nov. 10, for travel through March 1, with blackout days around the holidays.
The new service started Saturday, and will run four times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Departure times vary.
United and Spirit airlines also fly nonstop to Fort Lauderdale from Cleveland. For more information: flyfrontier.com.
