German Airline Eurowings Reports Rising Demand
Frankfurt — German airline Eurowings said on Monday that it has seen a strong increase in demand for business flights and has broadened its offers of European destinations as a result.
From September, the company will include 30% more flights in its program than the year before, the Lufthansa subsidiary announced.
"Even if we have not reached the pre-pandemic levels yet, the number of bookings clearly indicate the normalization in this sector," CEO Jens Bischof said.
Processes on the ground and in the air had also reverted to normal standards in recent weeks, allowing the airline to carry its passengers to their destinations with 99% reliability.
