Turkish Airlines will sue Boeing company, Trend reports referring to Turkish media.
The crash of two Boeing B737 Max aircraft heading to Indonesia and Ethiopia during the five months of last year undermined Turkish Airlines’ confidence in this model of aircraft.
Turkish Airlines, making more than 1,200 flights daily, had to change its work schedule in connection with incidents related to the Boeing B737 Max.
Earlier, Turkish Airlines ordered 75 Boeing B737 Max aircraft, under the condition of delivery in 2019.
In 2018, the biggest number of aircraft (309 planes) in the Turkish civil aviation system accounted for Turkish Airlines, and seven of them were Boeing B737 Max planes.
