Airlines Reduce Fares, Waive Fees for Seattle Flights after Amtrak Derailment

Alaska Airlines and Delta Air Lines announced accommodations for flights in response to a Monday morning Amtrak train derailment.

Alaska Airlines announced it will lower ticket prices for flights between Seattle and Portland on Monday and Tuesday in response to a Monday morning Amtrak train derailment.

A Seattle-to-Portland flight for Tuesday originally cost $214, but prices have dropped to $99.
