The Duncan Aviation avionics satellite shop and engine Rapid Response teams now occupy a 31,000-square-foot facility located on the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.
LINCOLN, NEB — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the move of its Fort Lauderdale operations to a new location. The Duncan Aviation avionics satellite shop and engine Rapid Response teams now occupy a 31,000-square-foot facility located on the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. The building boasts more than 23,000 square feet of hangar space, a lobby with direct ramp access and a large parts storage area. Brian Redondo, Ft. Lauderdale avionics satellite manager, says the combination of business growth and rent control facilitated the move. “Since the shop was started in 1986, we leased hangar space from another business on the airport,” Redondo says. “Over the years, as these other business prospered or failed, we were forced to find other accommodations. By occupying this facility, we now have a permanent Duncan Aviation location and signage on the ramp and are able to better control our environment and service experience for our customers.”This move has allowed the one-time renter to become the landlord. Corporate flight offices with flight department kitchens, catering storage/prep area and other amenities are available for lease in the new office area. The new facility address is Duncan Aviation 2900 NW 59th StreetFt.
