Jet East, an aviation maintenance company offering full-service capabilities and 24/7 AOG maintenance, recently announced the hiring of Charlton Resurreccion as the director of Appearance Operations. With a clear vision for future growth and an extensive background in the aviation appearance industry, the addition of Resurreccion to the Jet East Team promises to bring positive enhancements to the company and its valued customers.
Resurreccion began his career as a ramp service agent which provided experiences that were steppingstones toward various paths in aviation. During that time, Resurreccion was assigned to learn about aircraft cleaning and detailing. As part of those formative experiences, Resurreccion found himself leading teams of people and discovering his niche in aircraft appearance.
Resurreccion's primary focus at Jet East will be the relaunch of aircraft appearance services in the South Florida region while laying the groundwork for business unit expansion into other key airports such as the Las Vegas International Airport, Teterboro Airport, Westchester Country Airport, and Dallas Love Field Airport. His strategic approach involves hiring experienced professionals in the area of appearance and cleaning to bolster the technical capabilities while ensuring prompt response timelines that align with customer demands.
Of particular focus, Resurreccion has established key initiatives related to ensuring that the highest quality products are being used and implementing efficient procedures that will expedite the cleaning process. Some services that will be offered under Charlton’s leadership include interior and exterior detailing, carpet extraction, deep leather cleaning, brightwork, polishings, and metal protection. Charlton has established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and continuity in providing services across all locations.
