AeroVision International Announces Appointment of Thomas Otto

He will operate out of the U.K. and will be responsible for the procurement, sales, exchange and leasing of all AeroVision engine programs as well as developing new products and markets.

AeroVision International (Muskegon, Michigan) welcomes the addition of Thomas Otto to its Engine Sales Team. “Thomas brings a set of skills to the AeroVision team, which will enable us to provide to a new level of service and support for our customers” said Joel Johnson, AeroVision’s Director of Engine Sales. “Thomas’s wealth of aviation experience, working in both the engine MRO and the aircraft operator’s worlds, allow him to provide a unique perspective that will help us expand our aircraft return to service and “after-the-sale” offerings.”

Thomas will operate out of the U.K. and will be responsible for the procurement, sales, exchange and leasing of all AeroVision engine programs as well as developing new products and markets. “Thomas brings a wealth of engine experience to our team and he will play an important role in the ongoing development of best-in-class engine options for AeroVision’s growing business and regional aviation customer base” said AeroVision Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Pete Gibson.

Thomas started his aviation career in the early 90s as an Aircraft Engine Engineer at MTU BerlinBrandenburg GmbH in Berlin, Germany. He has over 25 years extensive engineering experience including worldwide Field Service.
