TurbineAero Engines Technics (TET) Restructures Management Team

Mike Harris is the Vice President and General Manager for the TurbineAero Engines Technics (TET) business unit. TET is the component and coatings division of TurbineAero.

Chandler, Arizona — 1/30/2018 — TurbineAero is pleased to announce and welcome Mike Harris as the Vice President and General Manager for the TurbineAero Engines Technics (TET) business unit. TET is the component and coatings division of TurbineAero, offering best in class repair and coating services to APU and gas turbine engine derivative customers across the world.

Most recently, Harris was the General Manager for Chromalloy Gas Turbine’s Eastern US Region where he led the organization to achieve significant improvements in operational and growth program performance. With 26 years of broad industry experience, Harris has held similar positions in Chromalloy’s Western Region, Honeywell Aerospace, Grimes Aerospace, and ATK/Orbital.

Harris’s appointment completes the restructuring of the TET leadership team by joining the recently appointed Director of Global Programs, Rodrigo Nardelli and Director of Operations Chris Castillo. Nardelli has a 20-year track record in program management, business development, international contracting and customer support and has held similar leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace and Chromalloy. Castillo has over 20 years of experience in supply chain, APU operations and site leadership at Honeywell before joining TurbineAero.
