PEMCO Aviation Maintenance Names New Director of Quality
In a continuing effort to strengthen its operations, PEMCO Aviation Maintenance (PEMCO) has named Douglas (Doug) Ragsdale, Director of Quality. He will be based out of the company’s corporate headquarters at Tampa International Airport and report to Ernie Kiss, PEMCO’s Vice President Quality and Engineering.
Ragsdale is a proven aviation professional bringing more than 30 years of aviation quality and safety experience to his new role.
At PEMCO, Ragsdale will be responsible for enhancing the company’s quality systems in order to maintain a high level of operations safety and improve customer and employee satisfaction. He will be tasked with executing PEMCO’s strategic plan, maintaining a high-level of quality and performance, and ensuring the utmost compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Ragsdale joins PEMCO with a multitude of private, commercial and military aviation experience, having held a number of leadership positions in quality, safety and operations, Most recently, Ragsdale served as Director of Quality with the Total Air Group and previously served similar roles with AAR Aircraft Services and Southwest Airlines.
