Dec. 28, 2015

Frontier Airlines presented its prestigious Tech Ops Business Partner Excellence Award to PEMCO Aviation Maintenance Chief Executive Officer Pastor Lopez earlier this month at an event at the Airlines’ headquarters in Denver, Col.

In making the presentation, Frontier Airlines noted PEMCO’s role in “ensuring successful ACRO (seating designer & manufacturer) seat configuration, supporting new aircraft induction and responsiveness in supporting operational needs.”

“We are very proud of our partnership with Frontier Airlines and I accept this award on behalf of our team of experienced maintenance crews that provide high-quality, on-time results,” said Lopez. ”At PEMCO we offer an unbeatable combination of quality, reliability and value to all of our partners.”

Since January, the PEMCO Aviation maintenance team completed 52 interior modifications, six induction visits, one a/c lease return and a number of maintenance events on-time on behalf of Frontier’s fleet. The Tampa airport is an ideal location for Frontier’s expansion.

“In our commitment to run a dependable, reliable and safe airline, it is critical to have the support of business partners like PEMCO as part of our team,” said Bill Meehan, Chief Operating Officer for Frontier Airlines. “I am thrilled to present this award to Pastor and the entire Pemco Aviation Maintenance group.”

PEMCO’s experienced, well-trained and equipped maintenance crews have a track record of providing high quality maintenance for commercial operators with over two million hours of safe reliable operations. PEMCO takes pride in meeting company commitments to its customers – and with a focus on safety and reliability while keeping the aircraft on schedule.
