Basel / Switzerland, July 8, 2014 – Jet Aviation Basel has appointed Hendrik Janssen as director of Completion Sales and Market Development.
As director of Completions Sales and Market Development, Janssen liaises with aircraft owners, operators and industry executives to ensure they are informed about the benefits of assigning VVIP Completions projects to Jet Aviation Basel’s Completions center. He reports to Ruedi Kraft, vice president, Market Development & Completions Sales for Jet Aviation Basel.
Janssen joined Jet Aviation from Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg, Germany, where he most recently served as Sales Director Asia. In this role, he led a number of major acquisition projects for VIP and Head of State aircraft interior completions and maintenance clients. He also oversaw project implementation and managed post-sales customer relations, including that of the company`s most important customer. Prior to Lufthansa Technik, Janssen was based in Berlin as a Key Account manager for Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services, responsible for maintenance sales on Bombardier business jets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design and Development from the University of Applied Sciences (HTWG) in Konstanz, Germany.

Jet Aviation Basel is a world-renowned completions and maintenance center employing more than 1,600 professionals.
