Jim Soleo and Joe Spring were respectively appointed VP of Operations and Director of Sales.

Comlux The Aviation Group is pleased to announce that one of its subsidiary companies, Comlux Aviation Services based in Indianapolis USA, has been restructured and reinforced to include maintenance and refurbishment work on Airbus Corporate Jets and Boeing Business Jets.

While the completion center for Comlux, Comlux America, focuses now exclusively on green completions for narrow body Airbus and Boeing VIP cabins, Comlux Aviation Services has transitioned into a Maintenance & Refurbishment Center for the Comlux Group for both narrow body and mid sized/heavy jets.

Since 2008, Comlux Aviation Services has obtained successively the qualifications and approvals required to offer business jet owners a true quality product while maintaining on time delivery. We are a proud member of the Bombardier Authorized Service Facility (BASF) network for Learjets, Challengers and Globals. We are also an FAA approved Gulfstream Repair Station for G-II, G-IIB, G-III, G-IV and G-IVSP. Last year was an exciting year as we were approved by Embraer Executive Jets as a Legacy 600/650 Authorized Service Center (ASC) and we were also selected for the first independent Lineage 1000 ASC in North America.

With the opening of Comlux America’s brand new hangar facilities in Indianapolis in 2012, Comlux Aviation Services has taken advantage of the free space and has expanded its workshops. The additional space increases the total hangar floor capacity to approximately 101,000 sq. ft.

Comlux Aviation Services recruited new members that are industry veterans in order to reinforce the teams: Jim Soleo and Joe Spring were respectively appointed VP of Operations and Director of Sales. “We are fortunate to have Jim and Joe on our team. Their experience and background are strong assets during this important milestone of the company. “says David Edinger CEO and President of Comlux Aviation Services and Comlux America. “Our new direction will not only increase our efficiency but will also create synergies between our two US based facilities. With the new management team in place and the growing facilities, I am confident that Comlux Aviation Services will progress into one of the best business aviation maintenance centers in the United States”
