ARCTOS was awarded the multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) contract for third-party logistics (3PL) of non-standard rotary-wing aircraft by the U.S. Army Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO).

ARCTOS will procure and deliver materials including equipment, supplies and related services to support critical weapon systems managed by MASPO and the Program Executive Office – Aviation in support of foreign military sales and security cooperation programs. The first two delivery orders are scheduled for Huey II aircraft parts to support allied forces in Kenya and Uganda. ARCTOS’s 3PL best practices ensure quality, engineering, safety, inventory management/controls, material tracking and delivery confirmation to meet MASPO’s requirements. ARCTOS will provide program management out of its Tampa office location and distribution center.

The 8-year, $44 million-ceiling 3PL contract continues ARCTOS’s legacy of advancing the MASPO mission. For the past 12 years, ARCTOS has supported three MASPO programs, providing contractor logistics support, supply chain management and operations for non-standard aircraft procurement and delivery to allied forces within Afghanistan.

“The MASPO 3PL program represents a significant effort in our expansion of ARCTOS’s non-standard aircraft portfolio and mission-based solutions as we grow our footprint throughout Africa,” said Joe Sciabica, ARCTOS Chief Technology Officer. “We are honored to instill and retain MASPO’s confidence in our proven capabilities to source and deliver challenging aircraft parts to the DoD and foreign allies worldwide.”
