JMC Launch New Global Mobile Teardown Team

Following on from successful projects recently delivered including the safe removal of circa 3,200 items from DHC-8, ATR 72 and Embraer E190 aircraft, trusted aviation fixed price engineering specialists, JMC, have expanded their engineering services to include a Mobile Teardown Team that can be deployed globally to deliver a fully projected managed solution.

Teardowns are a staged process that guarantee the safe removal of aircraft parts in accordance with standard procedures. Once the components are harvested, the remaining aircraft hull is then dismantled and shipped offsite for recycling. The dedicated JMC team provide full turnkey solutions to return a client’s asset back to them safely. This incorporates the provision of tooling, component removal, logistic support, hull disposal and shipping. All teardown projects are planned and managed by JMC specialists who operate across all continents due to their global network of reputable engineers.

JMC have managed the teardowns of aircraft from 8 years to 35 years old, and the Teardown Team are continually reviewing the market and engaging with lessors and airlines.

The JMC Mobile Teardown Team undertake assessments of aircraft under evaluation for future acquisition, teardown and component asset management. The team are experienced in providing a wide range of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance services to aviation and aerospace companies globally.
