Ferrovial Vertiports Division has named Drishti Valecha as Business Plan Project Manager. In this role, Ms. Valecha will focus on Ferrovial’s business plan and the technical aspects of vertiports to develop Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) infrastructure networks. She began her new position on January 23, 2023.
Ms. Valecha most recently worked for Woolpert Inc. as UAS/UAM Research Analyst and Phase Manager. In this position, she worked to increase business growth of Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Urban Air Mobility applications. She also researched and deployed UAS/UAM technology implementation programs. Previously, Ms. Valecha was a Graduate Research Assistant for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Ms. Valecha received her bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the National Aerospace University. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Aeronautics (Aviation Management and Safety Management System) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
