Cirrus Looking Forward Into 2022

Jan. 3, 2022

Cirrus Aircraft’ mission centers on creating a great customer experience and our primary focus for 2022 is continuing to expand our reach and breadth of services. We are expanding the business globally and investing to generate new demand and support our growing customer base.

This year, Cirrus Aircraft expanded our innovation mindset and have invested in the tools to attract new people to personal aviation and welcome them to the Cirrus Life. Through Cirrus Approach™, our industry-recognized training program, we provide a framework for pilots to continuously learn and engage while the Cirrus Embark system helps ensure a safe transition for new, pre-flown owners. Additionally, Cirrus Aircraft leads the way in the connected aircraft space with the Cirrus IQ™ mobile-based system that enables remote communication between the aircraft and pilot via the app. Cirrus IQ enhances the ownership experience and maximizes safety and operational efficiency.

Newly added customer support locations include Scottsdale, AZ offering aircraft sales and flight training; Kissimmee, FL offering aircraft management, sales, service and flight training; along with new engineering innovation centers in Chandler, AZ and McKinney, TX. As of Q1 2022, Cirrus Aircraft will have six locations across the U.S. including: Duluth, Minnesota; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Knoxville, Tennessee; McKinney, Texas; Greater Phoenix, Arizona and Greater Orlando, Florida.

The economic environment impacts on labor and supply chain are felt industry wide and we are not immune to these challenges. Cirrus Aircraft is continuing to invest and expand to enhance the customer experience, improve productivity and efficiency, invite new people into aviation and ultimately deliver more aircraft and services. Cirrus Aircraft is anticipating continued supply chain volatility for the next 12-18 months. Demand is robust placing a growing burden on the entire supply chain and Cirrus Aircraft is working to mitigate these challenges.

Overall, Cirrus Aircraft is making positive strides with strategic business growth plans, continuous hiring initiatives and proactive supply chain management.
