Skitdata Inc. has expanded its Houston operations. The new expanded Houston offices will accommodate Skidata’s rapidly growing Houston workforce, which is creating parking technology suites for developers, private parking owners, and institutions across the state. Skidata’s new Houston offices will be located at 3340 Greens Road, Building C, Houston, TX 77032.
“Houston is a strong, growing market for Skidata,” said Dana Wade, Skidata’s regional manager for Texas. “Our new Greens Road offices will provide the necessary room to manage all of our parking technology and special events projects throughout Houston.”
Skidata’s rapid growth in Texas has been fueled by projects for some of Texas’ best-known institutions, including Austin International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Love Field, Memorial Herman Hospital, and Houston’s Lyric Garage. The company also recently completed a program for Rice University, creating a campus-wide parking technology program and installing the equipment in each of the university’s parking facilities.
