With a strong history of female leadership since its beginnings 20 years ago, AsBAA believes in creating opportunities for females interested in careers in corporate aviation. In 2020, as part of the association’s 20-year anniversary celebrations, AsBAA will co-organise the launch of Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) in the region. The event will mark the official launch of WCA in Asia. As co-organiser, AsBAA welcomes participation from its members to sponsor, speak, join, and support this important community event.
Women in Corporate Aviation Asia was formed in September. The WCA's major objective is to empower the aviation community with strategic networking, continued education, professional development opportunities and support that promotes gender equality practices in Asia.
