ExecuJet Africa Signs Authorised Service Centre Agreement with Saab

ExecuJet Maintenance South Africa holds a SACAA and EASA Part 145 approval as well as most Southern Africa CAA approvals.

ExecuJet Africa’s maintenance division has signed a Saab 340 Aircraft Service Center Agreement with defence and security company Saab AB.

Kent Lindgren, Customer Service Director, Air Division, Business Area Support and Services, Saab, Sweden, stated “We recognise the growing need in Africa for commuter aircraft and believe the Saab 340 is ideally suited to this environment. It is a robust, reliable and easy to operate aircraft and as such does not require a huge support footprint. Having a maintenance base in Africa will certainly support our marketing efforts of this product.”

ExecuJet Africa already utilise the Saab 340B for Charter flights into the region and it is proving to be a very reliable Charter aircraft for larger groups of up to 30 people.
