Safran USA has recently extended its partnership with the Aviation of Institute of Maintenance (AIM). The goal of this partnership is to contribute to the development of the new generation of aviation maintenance professionals.

The organizations celebrated the renewal and expansion of this partnership during a ceremony held at AIM’s Dallas, Texas campus on October 22. The ceremony allowed Safran USA to present scholarships to students and debut a new employer branding campaign.

The event was attended by students, faculty and company executives.

The expanded partnership includes:

  • Employer Spotlight Campus Visits: Representatives from Safran’s Texas-based operations can now visit AIM's Dallas campus to highlight career opportunities and educate students about the company’s operations and career pathways.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Safran USA’s Talent Team and company recruiters work with AIM's Career Services team to recruit students for entry-level positions across the company, creating a direct pathway from classroom to career.
  • October Career Event: A new Safran-branded classroom features custom wall wraps that showcase different career paths. This acts as the U.S. rollout of Safran’s new employer brand campaign, entitled: “Here, we craft excellence together.”
  • Scholarship Awards: Five students have received $1,000 scholarships based on their exceptional attendance, GPA (Grade Point Average) and alignment with “Safran Together” leadership principles.
  • National Expansion: Safran will keep growing its presence across all AIM campuses nationwide, ensuring broader access to opportunities for students pursuing aviation maintenance careers. This adds to Safran USA’s successful partnership in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

“This expanded partnership marks a new chapter in our successful collaboration with the Aviation Institute of Maintenance,” stated Cedric Hale, VP Human Resources, Safran USA.

“We are excited to deepen our commitment to workforce development and to further strengthen the aviation maintenance talent pipeline across the United States. Together, we are empowering students with the skills, support and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s workforce”, he added.

“The Aviation Institute of Maintenance is honored and excited to strengthen our partnership with Safran,” said Dr. Ben Clark, VP of Business & Civic Impact, Aviation Institute of Maintenance. “We are truly grateful for Safran’s generosity in sponsoring a stunning wall wrap and supporting scholarships that empower our students.”

“This collaboration is more than a partnership—it’s a shared commitment to advancing aviation education and preparing the next generation of skilled technicians for success,” he added
