NORDAM Transparency Division Forges Asia, Latin America Distribution Partnership with Wencor

TULSA, Okla. (Fri., Sept. 23, 2016) – NORDAM Transparency Group COO T. Hastings Siegfried today announced a relationship with aerospace aftermarket solutions-provider Wencor Group as the authorized distributor for NORDAM aircraft-transparency aftermarket products in Asia and Latin America.   

Already in effect, the distribution agreement authorizes Wencor to maintain inventory of NORDAM products including commercial flight-deck windows, passenger cabin windows, wing-tip and landing-light lenses for resale in the Asia and Latin America regions.

“Through this arrangement, Wencor has the stock in place and the regionally-based personnel needed to provide outstanding responsiveness and service to our customers in the vital aerospace communities of Asia and Latin America,” Siegfried said.

“As an OEM and PMA developer, we view this relationship as an opportunity to grow our global customer support by providing more locally based stocking channels through better customer reach.”  

Commenting on the agreement, Wencor President-Distribution Jason Caldwell said: “We are thrilled to join with NORDAM to distribute their transparency products to these critical, growing regions. All NORDAM product lines being sold through Wencor are manufactured at NORDAM’s U.S. Transparency facility, 7018 N. Lakewood Ave. in Tulsa, with many Wing Tip and Landing Light Lens products made from the company’s unique, two-ply NORSTAR^® design for superior optical performance and erosion resistance.
