Euroairport, 2 November 2015 - AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG expanded its maintenance approvals and successfully returned to service a VIP BBJ 737-700 aircraft,

AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG has expanded its maintenance approvals through the newly received Part 145 Maintenance Approval for the Airbus Types A340-500/-600. This new maintenance approval is an addition to the existing Part 145 Maintenance Approval for the Airbus Types A340-200/-300 and extends AMAC´s maintenance portfolio.

AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG has successfully returned to service a VIP BBJ 737-700 aircraft, which was handed to the facility in Basel by an undisclosed customer. A base maintenance input as for example various cabin rectifications and upholstery work as well as a TCAS 7.1 upgrade under an EASA STC has been carried out by AMAC to the customer´s complete satisfaction.
