In addition to recruiting highly qualified aviation contractors for your short or long term contract needs, HQ Aero offers recruiting and placement services for your direct placement needs as well.  The only time we charge a fee for service is when you make an offer to a candidate and they start work with your company.  We offer direct placement recruiting services to our customers at a substantially discounted rate, as a compliment to our contract recruiting services, in an effort to build a strong long term relationship as our customer’s full service aviation recruiter of choice.
