Southwest Flight Takes Off With Cargo Door Open

No one hurt as Southwest flight takes off with cargo door open

Houston, TX: When Southwest Airlines Flight 48 took off from Hobby Airport Thursday evening it did so with its cargo door open.

Southwest Airlines reports an indicator light came on after the flight going from Houston to Dallas took off. The captain decided to go back and have the door checked as a precaution.

Southwest reports no one was hurt, and maintenance was called out to check the door.
