Shayne E. Gallo boasts over 20 years of experience in the aviation borescope industry. His journey began at a young age, fueling a deep-seated passion for aviation maintenance. By January 2023, Gallo had earned certification in Pratt & Whitney PT-6 Series borescope inspections, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and technical proficiency.

Throughout his career, Gallo has actively participated in over 75 fixed-wing and rotor-wing conferences and exhibitions. This extensive involvement has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and innovations, allowing him to stay at the forefront of borescope technology and practices.

“I have always considered myself a self-motivated/self-starter kind of person,” Gallo said. “My father had passed away when I was young, but from the time that I was able to spend with him, he was always on the go. He owned his own business and was successful.  I have always wanted to have that same drive in working at something that is my own.”
