No. 1045 is a 1,250 F (677 C), high temperature horizontal air flow cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for heat treating. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 38” W x 38” D x 38” H. A 350,000 Btu/hr. is installed in a modulating natural gas burner, while a 2,000 cfm, 2-hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow. This Grieve horizontal air flow cabinet oven features 12-inch thick insulated walls comprised of 2 inches of 2,300 F ceramic blanket and 10 inches of 10 lb/cf density rockwool.
