Snap-on Industrial has expanded its lines of heavy-duty striking wrenches and 1-inch Drive Flank Drive impact sockets. The design for striking wrenches extends from 13/16 to 4 5/8 inches and features the company's proprietary Flank Drive design for maximum torque. With a 12-point box design and more compact head than other wrenches, the striking wrenches reach fasteners in restricted access spaces. Striking wrenches are specifically designed with a blunt end for use as a striking surface for a sledge hammer. The size offering for 1-inch Drive Flank Drive impact sockets has expanded as well. Additions to the SAE Shallow 6 Point offering extend the range from ¾- to 5 ¾ inches; additions to the SAE Deep 6 Point sockets extend the range offered from 7/8 to 5 ¾ inches.
