The BT-ST-300D digital torque tool from Daniels Manufacturing Corp. helps maintain precise tightening consistency through every facet of wiring system final assembly. It was developed to meet the demands of aerospace electrical connector final assembly. A simple and efficient way to precisely measure torque values between 15 and 300 inch-pounds, the unit is powered by two standard AAA batteries, which are included. Dual 3/8-inch drives on opposing sides allow for hand-held or bench-mounted use. A visual and audible warning alert lets the operator know when the force torque reaches 90, 100, and 110 percent of the preset torque. The optional static mount base enables operators to use it as a bench-top or wiring board mounted torque station. A clear, sliding cover helps prevent accidental touching of keys.
