Raptor hand-held ultrasonic imaging flaw detector

NDT Systems offers a hand-held portable ultrasonic imaging flaw detector. Raptor is designed to reveal and provide images of hidden flaws in materials and components. It weighs 5.6 pounds and has a 640 x 480 VGA display screen that measures 3.4" W x 4.55" H and is fully sunlight-viewable.It displays a SplitView of the main and secondary flaw trace and employs a SplitScan screen to display the A-Trace along with a B-Scan or C-Scan. Multiple imaging options increase the utility of the device. A Lithium-ion battery provides power for up to eight hours of continuous imaging. The device is housed in a rugged aluminum case with sealed, rubberized end caps. A fold-out stand is included for hands-free operation.
