Inter-Island Maintenance Facility Planned at Honolulu International Airport

Hawaii governor released $17 million to complete site preparations on undeveloped land.

HONOLULU – Governor Linda Lingle has released $17,194,300 in construction funds to complete site preparations for the new interisland maintenance facility at Honolulu International (HNL) Airport.

This project is part of the $1.87 billion public infrastructure construction plan unveiled by Governor Lingle in December 2008 to stimulate the economy and create jobs.
