Duluth, MN (2009) Cirrus Aircraft today announced Lotus Air Corporation (Cirrus Japan), as the newest international Cirrus Sales Center. Lotus Air will partner with Hirata Gakuen Kobe Air Center, Kobe Airport, Tokyo Japan, to serve as the sales and distribution center for Cirrus Japan.
Makoto Taguchi, Marketing Director, Cirrus Japan, commented “As the designated Cirrus Aircraft sales provider for the region, our main goal is to drive the sales growth and market representation of the Cirrus product line and to inspire the improvement of the Japanese general aviation environment.”
At the recent grand opening held on July 8, 2009, attendees were introduced to the large facility, with the capacity to house over 30 small aircraft, an executive lounge for aircraft owners and pilots, as well as conference rooms and other multi-purpose areas. During the event, Cirrus SR22 aircraft were on display.
