Cessna Names Robinson Vice President, Quality

Tracy Robinson is responsible for directing all quality programs at Cessna, and ensuring compliance with federal and other regulatory bodies.

WICHITA, Kan., Aug. 4, 2009 – Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today the appointment of Tracy Robinson as vice president, Quality, reporting to Senior Vice President Ron Alberti, head of the company's Integrated Supply Chain.

Robinson is responsible for directing all quality programs at Cessna, including developing the strategic direction of the Quality department, ensuring internal and external supplier quality, overseeing conformance to Cessna's quality standards and ensuring compliance with federal and other regulatory bodies.

An 18-year Cessna veteran, Robinson has served in a variety of senior production and quality assurance roles in her career, most recently serving as director of paint/interior operations. She is a certified Textron Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Quality Auditor, and is a member of the American Society for Quality.

Robinson has an undergraduate degree from Wichita's Newman University and has completed executive management programs at Wichita State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
