eTug and Compass Merge

Sept. 20, 2010
Compass GSE LLC and eTug LLC merge to form a new company: Compass eGSE LLC.

Used equipment from Compass GSE and the full line of new electric GSE (eGSE) from eTug are now available under one roof. Now clients can select new and used equipment from one website and one vendor. This simplifies the operation, lowers costs and enables us to better serve our clients.

The new iPad and iPhone friendly website: www.CompassEGSE.com (not case sensitive) also offers an industry first: specific equipment search. This makes identifying the items you need fast and easy.

Compass eGSE LLC president Neil Bennett is pleased with the new organization, and feels this better reflects the greener future of GSE. "The line of eGSE is charged using a standard 110 volt outlet available everywhere. It doesn't require all the expensive infrastructure required by competitors. This makes the products far more cost effective, easier to use and much easier to relocate if required without any planning," Bennett says.

Purchasing used GSE from us is also environmentally friendly. Used equipment is recycling pre-owned equipment. Often times it makes sense and is cost effective, according to Bennett.
