A bomb threat caused a Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to Phoenix to return to the Oakland International Airport late Friday afternoon.
Federal and local law enforcement searched the plane but found no weapons.
There were 128 passengers aboard Flight 770, said airport spokesman Robert Bernardo.
"Passengers were deplaned, and the aircraft was inspected," he said.
