LAX to celebrate 50th anniversary with coffee morning

The Sunday Morning Coffee will be held on 19 June, between 08:30 and 11:00 on the Observation Deck of the Theme Building at LAX , timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Theme Building and the Jet-Age Airport.

In conjunction with the Sunday coffee, the space-age, retro-themed Encounter Restaurant, located underneath the Observation Deck, will offer a "Plane Spotters Lunch Special" from 11:00 to 16:00.

A specially-made commemorative coin will be given to the first 300 attendees aged 12 and over at the Sunday Morning Coffee.
