Overview of Aviation Safety Management Systems Workshop

SMS Training: This class provides students the basics of SMS as well as education on ICAO & FAA SMS standards, requirements & recommendations. Content includes: Human Factors, Safety Culture, Hazard ID Methods (reactive & proactive & predictive), Safety Assurance, Safety Risk Management and a 1/2 day Workshop with Root Cause Analysis Techniques & Risk Mitigation. We teach the What's and Why's of SMS.
