Ecological sustainability one of the advantages of Hybrid solutions but fuel savings and energy management are of the same importance. With the “booster” function, designers can consider a lower power engine yet still maintain performance.
The system operates in three modes:
- Electric: drive at ZERO emissions in silence
- Engine: uses the electric machine as generator to recharge the batteries
- Booster: allows the electric motor to assist the engine to providing extra toque in the driveline
