    Global Ground Support is the sole supplier of mobile aircraft deicing equipment to the United States Air Force. It also supports the commercial aviation ground support equipment industry with deicing equipment, Glycol recovery vehicles, and catering/cabin service trucks. Through Global’s continued efforts in working with its customers to improve its current product lines its technology has advanced. It has developed a telemetry system called MIDAS (Management Information Database Accounting System), for monitoring a deicing fleets and performance in real time. Another development is its on-board truck blending system. It also has an aircraft deicing simulator, which is a training tool for the functions and procedures of deicing.
