A lack of infrastructure and insufficient staff have become major roadblocks for an international air cargo terminal planned at Visakhapatnam Airport, according to a report from the Times of India.

The report explains, the terminal was inaugurated nearly two year ago, but authorities have failed to acquire necessary logistics like cold storage facility, ground handling machinery, X-Ray scanners, additional customs personnel and more ground staff for dealing with large cargo.
