ASO's Retrofit Safety Solutions for GSE

ASO Safety Solutions' modular collision avoidance retrofit kit can be retrofitted to any existing GSE equipment. The system uses proximity sensors to determine when the unit is getting too close to an aircraft, and tactile sensors to detect a touch or a crash. A special sensor control unit monitors the sensors, triggers visual and acoustic warning signals and ensures the signal exchange to the electronics of the GSE equipment.
