Flynn Named Head of Operational Learning at Menzies

Menzies Aviation's Central HR team welcomed Elena Flynn as the Head of Operational Learning.

Flynn began her Menzies career in London Gatwick Airport, and has held a number of training-related roles in the 9 years that she has worked for the company. Her most recent role was as Head of UK Training, working with the UK training and operational teams to implement the new Learning Management System, drive efficiencies in training delivery and improve compliance across the region.
