Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions (PAGSS) recently acquired its first ever ISAGO accreditation. The certificate is valid from December 2019 to December 2021

“After several months of planning and preparation, several days of audit from the IATA registered auditors, and several months more of waiting for the release of the results, it is with much pride and pleasure that I share with all that PAGSS is now an IATA – ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) registered ground handling company,” said Janette Cordero, president and CEO of PAGSS Inc.

The ISAGO program is an internationally recognized system for assessing the operational management and control systems of a ground handling provider for airlines. An ISAGO registration means that PAGSS Inc. has passed the specific standards required by the IATA for effective management control and organization; safe ground operation practices; training and qualifications of the company’s personnel, internal audit processes and internal standards.

PAGSS has successfully passed two audits, one for its headquarters and one for its station covering several disciplines, including organization and management; load control; passenger and baggage handling; aircraft handling and loading; aircraft ground movement; and cargo and mail handling.
