Grupo EULEN Introduces Jose F. Gonzalez-Mixco as New Vice President of the Company’s Aviation Division

In his new role, Gonzalez will be managing ground handling operations for the company’s aviation division overseeing over 13 locations including the United States and Jamaica.

Miami, Florida — Grupo EULEN announces the hiring of aviation industry expert Jose F. Gonzalez-Mixco as new vice president of aviation. In his new role, Gonzalez will be managing ground handling operations for the company’s aviation division overseeing over 13 locations including the United States and Jamaica.

Gonzalez holds more than 42 years of experience in different industries with progressive roles in airline ground operations, properties and facilities, sales, marketing, and finance and procurement. Gonzalez has worked with other recognized companies in the aviation industry as Worldwide Flight Services, DAL Global Services now known as Unifi Aviation, US Airways, and United Airlines. He also has vast experience in financial planning and analysis, project management, customer relations, and team management.

“The aviation industry is experiencing exponential growth and it is forecasted to continue growing to pre-pandemic levels,” said Gonzalez.

With the addition of Gonzalez to head the aviation division, Grupo EULEN will continue to grow as a company and will continue to guide its clients by providing them with the best services tailored to their individual needs.

At Grupo EULEN, Gonzalez will be responsible for contract negotiations and resolving issues to ensure processes, systems, products, regulations, and data are delivered seamlessly to all aviation customers. He is also in charge of day-to-day oversight of Grupo EULEN’s operations, strategic planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Before joining Grupo EULEN, Gonzalez worked for Worldwide Flight Services where he oversaw airport ground operations staffing. He is part of the migration Florida continues to see from professionals in the northern part of the country and bringing their expertise with them. 

Gonzalez is originally from San Salvador, El Salvador. He holds a Bachelor in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from University of Louisville in Kentucky.
