Menzies will deliver ground handling services to the Scottish regional airline’s fleet up until July 2022, as the Menzies’ team of aviation professionals will handle six flights a day, adding to a total of 1,728 flights per annum. The contract win has also been able to offer employment to some new colleagues at Manchester where it already provides ground handling, cabin presentation and deicing services to a number of other airlines.

Giles Wilson, Chief Executive Officer said: “It is a testament to the great work of Menzies employees in Manchester that Loganair have awarded us this three year ground handling contract. The team on the ground worked tirelessly hard to deliver a start-up service for Loganair with limited notice, and we are extremely proud of our employees for being so responsive to a new customer’s needs. I look forward to building on our relationship with Loganair.”
