Menzies Aviation Iberica recently celebrated a milestone environmental achievement, after receiving ISO 14001, an internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems.
ISO 14001 is designed to provide assurance to management, employees and external stakeholders of a company that its environmental impact is being measured and improved. More than 300,000 companies in 171 countries have completed the rigorous assessment required to achieve the standard, in the process increasing their employee engagement, improving the efficiency of their processes, and building a reputation for responsible operating which sets them apart from competitors.
MA Iberica’s environmental team worked hard to facilitate the auditing and evaluation of the company's Spanish operations, learning a great deal in the process which will help them to maintain and improve environmental standards within the business.
