Multiple Belgian news outlets have reported union workers employed by Swissport have threaten to go on strike at Brussels Airport beginning Monday.

Multiple Belgian news outlets have reported union workers employed by Swissport have threaten to go on strike at Brussels Airport beginning Monday.

According to a report by L'Echo, workers repesented by the ACV Puls, ACLVB and BBTK unions met with Swissport management in regards to being understaffed. They are seeking a hiring plan moving forward.

HLN reports that union workers would like to see a plan by 3 p.m. Monday, adding strike action could come within hours if the plan is not deemed acceptable.
