Jet Aviation’s new web-based business and customer management solution enables more efficient delivery of flight services by using a single, integrated cloud and mobile platform.

TETERBORO, N.J. / July 14, 2015 – Jet Aviation Flight Services has announced the implementation of Avianis, a comprehensive cloud-based business management platform for fleet operators.

Jet Aviation’s new web-based business and customer management solution enables more efficient delivery of flight services by using a single, integrated cloud and mobile platform. It also ensures a more optimized approach to service delivery and quality assurance measures by further centralizing operations. This new solution gives flight crews, operations personnel and clients the ability to access key business processes through web and mobile platforms.

Jet Aviation chose to implement the Avianis integrated management platform to help ensure it is well informed about every detail of its business in a timely manner. By using the same platform, Jet Aviation can centralize the management of logistics; fleet management; charter quoting; sales tracking; trip planning and compliance; crew and flight records management; billing and invoicing; expense reconciliation; contract management; customer data management; maintenance discrepancy management; real-time collaboration; and data analytics.

“The new platform is a user-friendly and more accessible business management solution,” said Don Haloburdo, vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation Flight Services. “We are delighted to provide our team members with integrated mobile technology to manage flight services for our clients more seamlessly.”
