Aviation Training Academy (ATA) announces the launch of their new online Aviation Customer Service Excellence Training® (ACSET®) program specifically for FBOs, airport personnel and other general aviation entities serving GA aircraft, desiring an enhanced level of customer service.

The course combines proven world-class customer service components and techniques with years of firsthand FBO and general aviation experience to create a program that is specifically applicable to aviation. The cost of this online training is $ 249.00.

In addition to ACSET®, other online courses offered by Aviation Training Academy (ATA) directed toward airport operations include; Line Technician in a Day, Line Service Technician Certification; 14 CFR 139 Supervisor Certification; 14 CFR 139 Auditor's Practical Checklist for Completing 14 CFR139 Inspection; FBO Preparation for the 14 CFR 139 Inspection and Hazardous Materials Awareness. 

All courses meet the latest industry training standards for aviation support personnel involved in these roles and Aviation Training Academy certification is provided at the successful completion of each course.
